I have CS4 too! Seems like almost nobody has it yet.

But I hate its animation tools T/_\T

This piece seems somewhat animated, and the odd colors give it a more stylized look - it wouldn't work if the colors were natural.

I agree with the animation tools. Very odd... But, it's only going to get better, yes?

I agree when you say it wouldn't work without the odd color. It would be another boring picture lacking something special.
